Roles and Responsibilities

The Technology, Engineering, Computing, Hardware, And Software Internship Program (TECHS! Internship Program) is an educational initiative created to help build the next generation of professionals in the field of information technology.

This internship program grants interns the ability to utilize their established knowledge in a real-world setting.

Throughout the six-month internship term, interns will be given a project, lasting the entire term, to demonstrate what they have learned and create real world applications of their skills.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position.
The following competencies must be exhibited to successfully complete the internship:

• Software integration.

• Widget Creation.

• Digital Programming Management.

• Hardware Building.

• Upkeep/Repair/Maintenance.

• Streaming strategies.

• Equipment Purchasing.

• IT event integration

• Cybersecurity initiation.

What will you do?

Essential and other important responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Managing all hardware and software used.

• Pricing new software and hardware for G-Haven to purchase.

• Running the Twitch and Youtube channels.

• Leading the broadcast of events.

• Creating programs needed to operate platforms.

• Running the online tournament brackets.

• Researching trends in the gaming community to improve marketing strategies.

• Participating in G-Haven content streams and interacting in the chat(s).

Supervision

Receives immediate supervision from higher level supervisory and management staff.
